Hearts – Form-A-Lines gallery card of the week

This week’s card is called Hearts and was made by Must love cats.

Must love cats said: “A friend received a card similar to this for her recent wedding. It was made by a quilting enthusiast. Of course I couldn’t let a good idea like this slip by so here is my version. I used scraps of cotton material for the hearts and a Koki fine liner pen to do the mock “stitching”. I am very happy with the result.”

Dinner Jacket – Form-A-Lines gallery card of the week

This week’s card is called DJ Revisited and was made by SheilaMary3.

SheilaMary3 said: “I have made 5 different ones this week!! If you go to the Gallery “Way Back” archive, you can see that we had a DJ competition in 2002! The template was thanks to Pamela, and it can still be downloaded. I fiddled about with mine and made it to fit a C5 envelope. I also cut the fronts separately so that the card opens conventionally. They are surprisingly easy to make once you have got the knack. I was Sheila Thomas then and my competition entry was the “Elvis” version.”

Here is a link to the dinner jacket template. It is a pdf file that opens with Adobe Reader.
